I ordered two sizes up because they are 100% cotton and wanted to move her up out of 2-3t. Washed once received in cold and on low and they are the same size as her old undies. I suggest ordering much 2-3 sizes up if you want to stretch your money. They are too expensive to have them end up being the same size as existing undies.
