If you’re not in love with your purchase, don’t sweat it. Let us know within 30 days, and we’ll happily exchange your purchase or give you a full refund with free return shipping within the US. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be received within 45 days of the purchase date. Returns received after this period will be considered at our sole discretion and may incur a 50% restocking fee. Please note that eGift Cards are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Exchanges

Just a heads up! Request an exchange only if you want the same item in a different size. Otherwise, simply return the item and we’ll give you a full refund. We hope you’ll find something else from us you love.

Consider the Environmental Impact

For hygiene reasons, we never resell returned items once they are opened. As a result, frequent returns not only increase our carbon footprint, but also create waste in our landfills. To help lower the environmental impact, we may flag orders from customers with excessive returns.

Returns Are Easy

1. Click Here and enter your order # and email address.
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and Return Reason.
3. Print Pre-Paid Return label and follow instructions for returning your items.

How to Qualify for a Refund

  • A return request must be submitted within 30 days of your order date.
  • Returned items must be received within 45 days of your order date.
  • Free return shipping is only available when you use both:
    1. Our prepaid return label, and
    2. The original poly mailer your order arrived in (designed for reuse).
  • If you use any other shipping method or packaging, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your return, we’ll let you know over email. It takes about 2-3 business days to process your refund on our end. After that, it can take some time for your bank to process and post the transaction too.
