How do I join?
How do I earn points?
Easy! You automatically get 250 points just for signing up, with the chance to earn more for making purchases, leaving a review, or celebrating a birthday. We’re always adding new ways to earn points, so be sure to check in to see what updates we’ve deployed!
How do I redeem my points?
Firstly, make sure you are logged into your account. From the account dashboard, click the "Rewards" tab at the top of the page. You can then scroll down to the "Rewards" section to view rewards you qualify for. Simply click "Redeem" and confirm by clicking "Redeem" on the pop-up window.
At this time, you can copy the code and paste it at checkout to apply your discount.
If you'd like to checkout later, no worries! Your rewards are saved in your account dashboard and can be accessed anytime by going to the "Your Rewards" section at the top of the page (be sure your logged in).
How do I view my balance?
Firstly, make sure you are logged into your account. Once logged in, you can see your points by clicking the Rewards tab under your Account Dashboard. Your points will be displayed at the top of the page, along with any pending points you might have.
What are pending points?
Pending points are points you've earned, but have not yet been credited to your account. Often this is simply a waiting period, such as 30 days, for points earned from a recent purchase. It's annoying, we know, but it's necessary to make sure our loyalty program is for truly loyal customers, like you!
Do my points expire?
Points balances of inactive customers will expire after 24 months. Redeeming points before then will reset the expiration date.
Can I use more than one discount at a time?
We currently only allow (one) discount code to be used per order.
I completed an activity, but where are my points?
For activities such as making a purchase, those points will be pending until 30 days after the purchase date (as long as you have not initiated a return or cancelled your order). Instant rewards, such as signing up and following us on social should appear immediately (though technical difficulties do happen from time to time). If you are still having issues after 3 days, please reach out to us here.
I left a review via the Shop App, but I did not receive points.
We're currently working on fixing the integration between our site and the Shop App so that your reviews automatically count towards your rewards. If you find that a review you left on the Shop App did not result in being rewarded points, please contact customer service with your name, email, and the date you left the review. We can look up your review and manually reward you points. Thank you for your patience.
How do I get my birthday gift?
If you've completed the birthday activity, then there's nothing you need to do! Just keep an eye on your email which will notify you on your birthday of the points you've received!
If I spend my points, can I go down in tiers?
No, not at all! Once you've earned your tier status, it's yours no matter how many points are in your account balance.
I made a purchase on Amazon. Can I be rewarded points for that purchase?
Firstly, thank you so much for supporting us! Currently, only purchases made on luckyandme.com are considered eligible for the Cozy Comfy Club.
