Check Your Shipping Confirmation Email

  1. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. The email subject line will look like “Your order #LM1234 has shipped” (though your specific order number will be different.)
  2. Open that email and click the Track Order button to see the current tracking status.

Can’t find the shipping confirmation email? Try searching your inbox for Lucky & Me or #LM, and check your spam or promotions folder too.

Track in the Shop App

You can also track your Lucky & Me order in the Shop App and receive delivery updates on your phone.

  1. Download the Shop App
  2. Sign in using the same email address you used at checkout
  3. If your order is connected to that email address, the order will appear automatically
  4. Enable notifications to receive delivery updates

This is a helpful option if you prefer mobile notifications instead of checking your email.

Haven’t Received a Shipping Confirmation Email?

We usually ship orders within 1 business day. If you placed your order recently, it may still be processing. You’ll receive the tracking link as soon as it ships.
