Lucky & Me offers free shipping to customers in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders are shipped via UPS® Ground Saver for the Continental United States and should arrive within 2 to 8 business days. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and link to shipping updates so that you can conveniently track your shipment.
All orders, except USPS Priority Mail® and UPS 2nd Day Air® service, usually take one day to process before being shipped.

If you place an order before 12 PM ET, it will be shipped on the same day. However, orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Please note that UPS 2nd Day Air® does not offer weekend delivery.

Orders shipping to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, or US territories will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage™ service and should arrive within 2 to 5 business days.
Delivery Confirmation Policy
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Lucky & Me is no longer liable for the shipment. To ensure the safe receipt of your order, please confirm that the delivery address is secure and accessible. We encourage our customers to take reasonable precautions, such as designating a secure delivery location or promptly retrieving packages, to safeguard their deliveries.
No Longer Shipping to Canada
