Lucky & Me offers free shipping to customers in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders are shipped via UPS® Ground Saver and should arrive within 2 to 8 business days. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and link to shipping updates so that you can conveniently track your shipment.
All orders, except USPS Priority Mail® and UPS 2nd Day Air® service, usually take one day to process before being shipped.

USPS Priority Mail® & UPS 2nd Day Air® Service
If you place an order before 12 PM ET, it will be shipped on the same day. However, orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Please note that UPS 2nd Day Air® does not offer weekend delivery.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO Or US Territories
Orders shipping to PO boxes, APO/FPO, or US territories will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage™ service.
Orders of $150 and over require a signature on delivery

Taxes and Duties
All applicable international custom fees, taxes, duties and processing fees are the responsibility of the customer. Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) require that we state the value of your order directly on the package. It is at the sole discretion of CBSA agents to release your package. Additional information can be found on the Canada Border Services Agency website. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Currency conversions
All prices listed on the site are in US dollars, and are charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate charged is determined by your credit card company. Generally it should be close to current exchange rates.
