If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout as required by law.

We accept payment through Shopify Payments and the following third-party payment providers: Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo, and Amazon Pay, as well as any other payment methods made available through Shopify’s standard platform. By submitting a payment, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order.

6. eGift Cards

We sell eGift Cards for use on our website. eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of eGift Cards.

7. Shipping

Our shipping options, delivery timeframes, and policies regarding delivery confirmation and missing items are described on our Shipping Page. Order fulfillment is handled through ShipStation, our shipping and logistics platform.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy, including our 30 Day Comfiness Guarantee, eligibility requirements, and refund processing times, is described on our Returns & Exchanges Page.

We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or charge restocking fees on returns that we determine, in our sole discretion, to constitute abuse or misuse of our return policy, including excessive returns, fraudulent claims, or wardrobing. These actions may be taken with or without prior notice depending on the circumstances.

9. Military and First Responder Discount (GOVX ID)

We offer special pricing for eligible military members, veterans, and first responders through GOVX ID, a third-party identity verification service. To access these discounts, you will be directed to verify your eligibility through GOVX ID’s platform. Your use of GOVX ID is subject to their own terms and privacy policy. Lucky & Me is not responsible for the practices of GOVX ID.

10. Loyalty Program (LoyaltyLion)

Our loyalty rewards program is powered by LoyaltyLion. By participating in the program, you agree that LoyaltyLion may collect and process certain account and purchase data as necessary to operate the program. Your participation is subject to LoyaltyLion’s terms and privacy practices.

11. Reviews (Stamped.io)

Product reviews on our website are collected and managed through Stamped.io. By submitting a review, you grant Lucky & Me and Stamped.io a non-exclusive license to display and use your review content on our website and in our marketing materials. Reviews must be genuine and based on your own experience.

12. Email and SMS Marketing (Klaviyo)

By providing your email address or phone number at checkout, during account registration, or through any signup form on our website, you may consent to receive marketing communications from Lucky & Me delivered through Klaviyo.

Email Marketing: By subscribing to our email list, you agree to receive promotional emails, product updates, and special offers. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

SMS Marketing: By opting into SMS marketing, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized text messages from Lucky & Me at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. By submitting your information, you acknowledge that your data will be transferred to and processed by Klaviyo in accordance with their privacy practices.
