My son loves these. They fit him perfectly (true to lable size). It is tag-less. The elastic is sewn-in, therefore that doesn't irratate his waist. I choose to pay more for Lucky&me undergarments due to the health concerns related to plastic. Many chemicals found in plastic disrupt our hormones. I have no idea how much of these are a risk of bing absorbed through contact with his testicles. I have a peace of mind knowing his balls are not in constant contact with synthetic fibers. That this organic cotton is the safest thing I can put against his skin. Bonus points it does not shed plastic micro-fibers into our environment.
